June Gourmet Night

The table setting at Bridget's.
Our appetizer was marinated feta and olive skewers.
Laura, Jodi, and Lara.
Jodi's basil green goddess salad.
Dinner was grilled shrimp with a mango salsa, summer solstice bread, and I made black-eyed pea salad.
Bridget, Lynley, and Andera.
Andrea made Belgian waffles for dessert- the white flecks are blended into the batter. They are called sugar pearls.
