I made samosas for the appetizer
Bridget, Lara, and Lynley
These spare ribs were a labor of love they took two days to prepare. Lynley was the brave soul who ventured there. It was worth it.
We had braised short ribs, mapleroasted butternut squash, cranberry walnut rolls, and arugula salad.
